I hooked a 16-18 inch brown trout in the Barking Dog Pool yesterday. After getting the fish close to the boat, I noticed a 33-35 inch striper chasing my fish around. We got the brown to the net and safely released it back into the water. Brown was hooked on size 26 light ling BWO at 3:30 p.m.

One group of Dreamcatcher guests were using ISO’s with size 16 PH dropper and doing well. Same group went mousing the other night; had 11 takes and landed one.

The overnight low temperatures have really helped the fish. And it doesn’t hurt when the skies remain overcast.
